German Care Day Postponed to November 2020!
Because of the global corona pandemic and the epidemic looming in Germany, the organizers of the German Care Day have decided to postpone the 7th German Care Day from 12 – 14 March 2020 to 11 – 12 November 2020 at the STATION Berlin close to Gleisdreieck.
The same applies to the Zukunftsforum Geburtshilfe of the German Midwife Association.
"With the postponement, we want to contribute not to increase the potential risk to nursing staff from a possible risk of infection at this central large-scale nursing event and to ensure the care of the sick and caregivers in this tense and dynamically, daily changing situation" , explains Jürgen Graalmann, managing director of the Deutsche Pflegetag Servicegesellschaft.
Before this decision, the organizers received a large number of requests from care staff to carry out the German Care Day after all. The organisers thank you for this encouragement and at the same time ask for your understanding for the decision to postpone the German Care Day.
