Here are some swaps that we would suggest increasing interest and storytelling surrounding your next event…
- Every event needs a bar, but have you considered swapping your regular bartender for flair bartending? This way the drink doubles as entertainment, in event maths… That’s buy one, get one free!
- Live music adds more dimension to an event than any Spotify playlist could. But have you considered the depth of a DJ and saxophone duo? The DJ adapts to the fast-paced changes in tone, and the roaming saxophonist brings humor and energy, whilst effortlessly punctuating the momentum of the event.
- Finding ways to make your photo booth unique is a tired concept. So why compete? Stepping away from an emotionless machine, the intimacy of a live artist sketching guests is a multifaceted investment: it is an icebreaker, it is a keepsake, and the background can be branded for marketing purposes.
- Breakouts are keys to operationalizing the time of conference guests; however, they can be challenging to coordinate. So let's take away the walls! By having one large room with differentiated zones that guests can chime in and out of using different audio channels through headphones, nobody is cut off or boxed in, including virtual guests. We encourage you to break out of the traditional breakouts.
